As stated before, one of the primary content services provided by Ryzone Financial Inc. would be financial analysis of publicly traded companies. Upon review, we have come to conclusion that our services would be further enhanced if we were also to offer financial statements of the companies that we provided financial analysis.
As such, from now on, we will publish financial statements of companies with Nike and Apple being some of the first firms to be covered under the new program.
The financial statement will either be based on an annual report published by the firm, or a quarterly report. What will the financial statement of a particular company cover? There are 4 possible parts to the financial statement, with the first 2 being optional. The first part of the financial statement will offer a brief overview of the company, along with while the second part will offer stock performance over the course either the quarter or the year. As stated in the earlier statement, the first two parts are optional. The third part will cover the accounting aspect of the financial statement which would include Balance Sheet, Statement of Retained Earnings, Cash Flows, and Income Statement of the company in that particular quarter or year. The last part of the financial statement will be pro-forma statement issued by the firm, or rephrased forward looking statement of the company.
As is the case with the financial analysis, the financial statements of the below companies will be first covered in the phase 1 of our project. The companies are Microsoft Corporation, Exxon Mobil, Google Inc, Cisco Systems Inc, Oracle Corporation, Intel Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Company, Nokia Corporation, SAP AG, Dell Inc, Research in Motion Limited, Texas Instruments Incorporated, Electronic Arts, QUALCOMM Inc, Wal-Mart Stores, AT&T Inc, International Business Machines Corp. (IBM), Vodafone Group, Verizon Communications Inc, McDonald's Corporation, Walt Disney Corporation, Comcast Corporation, Time Warner Inc, Home Depot, Lowe's Comapnies, Target Corporation, Walgreen Company, Amazon.com, DirectTV Group, Yahoo!Inc, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, and Chevron Corporation.
